Go Home Annie is officially available on the PlayStation store for PS5!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s been a lifelong dream for me to have a game on consoles and I&#8217;ve finally reached that milestone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Along with the console release of Go Home Annie, we&#8217;re giving PC players a big chunk of new content in the form of a free update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why are we doing this almost a year after release?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For me personally, I always wanted to explore what more we could do with the supernatural handheld camera. At one point in the game you get it back after it being locked away for some time and then you barely use it. I wanted to change that and make the players feel like they were awarded for getting this powerful SCP back into their hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Along with that, there was the challenge of setting expectations. Although we don&#8217;t mention the word &#8220;horror&#8221; in our Steam description because the game was never designed with scaring the player in mind, we show a friggin&#8217; jawless demon deer staring at you and red hands coming out of buckets in the trailers. That sets certain expectations in the player&#8217;s mind. So we decided to give the people what they want by adding a proper horror section with dark hallways and eerie offices and a real threat lurking over Annie. We hope with this addition your thirst for horror will be quenched. We&#8217;ve really enjoyed working on this part of the update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the content update, we&#8217;ve fixed over a hundred bugs related to gameplay, performance, and visuals.
